PRSA Nashville has announced that Madison Perrott, a rising senior at Belmont University, is the chapter’s 2018 scholarship recipient. An active member of PRSSA since 2015, Perrott developed leadership skills through a number of community service activities and internships. Perrott has served as an intern with Hannah Schneider Creative in Nashville, and currently resides in New York City for a summer internship through Belmont East, the University’s program that pairs students with experiential learning opportunities. Perrott was awarded $700 for her studies through the chapter’s endowed scholarship fund.
PRSA Nashville provides an annual scholarship to one or more full-time public relations students demonstrating academic excellence and active engagement in their own professional development toward becoming a successful PR practitioner. Applicants must be enrolled in a college or university with a PRSSA Chapter affiliated with PRSA Nashville. Eligible schools include Austin Peay State University, Belmont University, Lipscomb University, Middle Tennessee State University and Western Kentucky University.
